PO Detail BI Publisher Report Not Printing Bill-to Address (Doc ID 2983266.1)

Symptoms

When a BI Publisher PO Detail Report is run for a Purchase Order with a Buying Entity, the report does not print the Bill-To Address or other information.

There is an area on the report with labels for this data, but it is all blank.
