Calendar In Resource's Workzone Starts Mondays Instead Of Sundays (Doc ID 2983327.1)

Symptoms

Since 23C we see that the calendar, when adding a work zone to a resource, starts on Monday instead of Sunday.
It applies to both the start date and the end dates.

This issue does not happen when using English. It happens when using French and only on this specific page.
