ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Total Maintenance screen allows start/end dates to have values less than VDATE
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Total Maintenance screen should accept start and end date greater than VDATE.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Select a Total from the total search screen
2)Edit the selected total using the total maintenance screen
3)Change the status of the total to worksheet and try editing the start and end dates of the total
4)The start and end dates is allowing to have values less than vdate
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users has incorrect dates.
