OCM Environment Unstable- Assets Section Corrupted (Doc ID 2983541.1)

Symptoms

Post upgrade from 23.9.1 to 23.9.2 the OCM web console is unstable. From the left navigation menu > Assets , blank page is displayed , there is no listing of repositories and only one check box is available as shown in attachment
The assets listed are also very less and corrupted and pagination doesn't work
