Severe System Error Occurs When Using Item Lookup (Doc ID 2983556.1)

On : 23.2 version, Lookups

[Non-PROD testing environment] Severe system error occurs when using item lookup

While using the item lookup for store 181, and checking for an item, the screen shows "A severe system error has occurred. Please contact your system administrator" and no details of the item shows up on the screen, except the item ID. This was first detected for item 100600038, which doesn't trigger this error while checking it in another store.

It seems that this error occurs only for this store 181 as we've seen so far, but doesn't occur for all items, only some of them.

Note that this occurs both in EICS & SOCS.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Connect to EICS;
2- Go to Store 181;
3- Go to Tasks, Lookups, Item lookup;
4- Enter item 100600038;
5- Screen goes to the item lookup page, only shows the item ID, and an error message on the top right of the screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot lookup some specific item/store combinations in EICS or SOCS.
