BDI Rest Promo API Is Not Returning Any Data (Doc ID 2983596.1)

Symptoms

On : 19.3 version, Pricing - Integration

After publishing a promotion and running the BDI_PRICING_PROMO_OFFER_TX_JOB, you receive the following error when clicking on
Web Service Rest URL:




The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Promo Offer
2. Approve the Promo Offer
3. RUN BDI_PRICING_PROMO_OFFER_TX_JOB batch
4. Hit URL https://five-ribcs-rib.oracleindustry.com/external-batch-job-admin/resources/bulk-data/export/data-set/PromotionOffer_Tx?consumingAppName=external
5. It will say NO DATA Available
