RI/RSP: Due to Failure in STG_SI_PRICE_JOB, Is it Valid to Skip STG_SI_PRICE_JOB? (Doc ID 2983620.1)

Goal

STG_SI_PRICE_JOB failed due the null values during batch processing of W_RTL_PRICE_IT_LC_DY_FTS. 

It will take a long time to update the source file PRICE.csv to correct the null values for ORG_NUM column and the customer wants to continue the batch without waiting for the corrected file.  Is it acceptable to skip STG_SI_PRICE_JOB?
