Symptoms

When a promotion is applied on the ORD INIT transaction, the "Liability Amt" received reflects the full price. However, when we receive the "Liability Amt" on the ORD CMP transaction, to offset the initial one, that amount has the promotion applied. Therefore, the liability will never offset itself.
