Symptoms

Add employee seeding steps to tender transaction process.The current process HIST_SALES_TEND_LOAD_ADHOC needs to call 2 extra steps: W_EMPLOYEE_D_JOB and SEED_EMPLOYEE_D_JOB to seed new cashiers. Sometimes the process is called standalone and causes in the current state to reject transactions due to unknown cashiers.
