Symptoms
When attempting to create Orderable Vendor Pack by adding the component item that is having Discontinued Item locations,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

The Pack Item Location cannot be created in or updated to Active status because at least one item in the Pack Item have a Location Status of Deleted or Discontinued
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Create Orderable Vendor Pack.
2) Range Orderable Vendor Pack to a list of locations but make sure that one of the components is discontinued in one or more of the locations.3) Error is displayed.
