ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

CustomFlexAttribute is getting updated as NULL for the Sub-class CFA's
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create new Subclass and CFA.
2. Note data is populated in subclass_cfa_ext and subclass table.
3. Run the following jobs in the POM
MERCHAPI_DATA_REBUILD_ADHOC_JOB
MERCHAPI_REFRESH_ADHOC_JOB
4. Go to swagger >Get the subclass using /services/foundation/merchhier/subclass.
5. Note CustomFlexAttribute is coming as NULL.
