Symptoms

The user has created a child in Installed Base Asset (ERP and SCM Cloud) object, but child tab screen is showing as blank.

 

Steps:

1. Navigate to Service> Installed Base Assets
2. Search for asset and drill down on it
3. Navigate to sub-tab for this custom object
4. System displays blank screen
