Prepaid Invoices should not posted with incorrect Line Grouping
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a invoice with 3 items with different taxes
2. Prepay it and check the postings
3. Match the invoice and run posting then check the data.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users getting error in CFIN " Either enter the tax rate name or the tax rate code for a valid tax line to be created."
