Goal

Self Service Procurement Configuration

Need  to allow Procurement Requester user to see Order Lifecycle > View Details button through Purchase Requisition flow

Steps to duplicate:

1. Sign on as Procurement Requester user
2. Go to Manage Requisitions
3. Search by requisition
4. Select the Order link in the requisition line

Purchase order is displayed
Order Lifecycle graphic is displayed
View details button is not displayed.
