Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

The Reverse Auto Population (RAP) for Business Process (BP) records for a specific BP does not occur. The RAP audit log shows status of Skipped for the RAP action, with Action Details showing "RAP status not met".  However, the BP records do show the correct status when RAP should occur.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

RAP action should occur when BP records reach the appropriate status.
