In the current MFCS system, an item/department/class/subclass that is associated with a cost template cannot be associated again with a new cost template without cancelling out the older relationship.

PROVIDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE ENHANCEMENT REQUEST

We would like an enhancement where the system has a popup window which pops up if the user tries to associate an already associated item/department/class/subclass with another cost template. The popup window should ask the user if they would like to cancel out the older relationship and then associate it with the new template.
