Notifications Are Sent Out to Existing Project Participants but Not to the Newly Assigned Ones (Doc ID 2984350.1)

Email notifications are not sent out to new project participants. It is sent after the second change (save) and not after the first.

Email notification should be sent out to project participants after the first change.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Login Unifier
  2.  Open shell
  3.  Navigate to Information -> General
  4.  Open Project Configuration
  5.  Click Edit
  6.  Change the assignment value of Project Master tab
  7.  Click Submit
  8.  Observe notifications are sent out to existing project participants but not to the newly assigned ones.
  9.  The user has to open project configuration again, and click again on submit in order to sent out the notification to the assigned colleagues. The notification is important in order to inform the colleagues that they will have to work on the project.
