Authentication to OFS using IDCS redirects to login.etadirect.com (Doc ID 2984415.1)

Symptoms

According to Doc ID 2922270.1 the URL login.etadirect.com will be removed. We noticed that after our users authenticate using IDCS, they are redirected to OFS using this URL. 

We have been unable to update IDCS with the correct URLs.

Changes

 We tried to update the configuration in IDCS to use the appropriate URL like <instance_name>.fs.ocs.oraclecloud.com, however now when we try to initiate the authentication process see an error like this:
