Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The search bar on the My Open Help Desk Requests landing page is disabled.  It won't allow users to type anything or perform a search.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect users will be able to type and search in the search bar

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the Help desk requests page
2. Cannot type in the search bar
