RMS Batch Status View Not Including Costing Batch

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Using the view rds_wv_rms_batch_status to know if the nightly batch cycle has kicked off or not, so that the RestAPI calls can be restricted. This view is not listing the "COSTING_BATCH_RUNNING_IND", so are unable to determine is the costing batch is running or not. The column is available in the underlying table rms_batch_status, but not in the view.
Can the rds_wv_rms_batch_status be modified to include the COSTING_BATCH_RUNNING_IND?
