Goal

Healthcare feature "HL7 Bi-directional adapter" not available in OIC3 Actions.

In OIC3 there is a new feature 'HL7 Bi-directional adapter' to transform the data from HL7 message to Native OIC XML format and process it into Oracle cloud ERP.

This "HealthCare" action in the actions palette, does not show up.
