Primavera Administration - User Details Display No Name in the "Company" Column in User Administration (Doc ID 2984502.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 02, 2023

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 23.8 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When attempting to provide application access to a new user in Primavera Administration, the users "Company" field is blank even though it is a "Required" field. The Cloud Administrator cannot provide application access to this user.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
---------------------------
Cloud Administrators expect that any user that is displayed in Primavera Administration should be able to be given Primavera Unifier, or other cloud application access as needed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into Primavera Administration
  2. Navigate to User Administration > Find the User, note that the user has no "Company" name in that field.
  3. Attempt to edit the Company and it is not editable.
  4. Attempt to Manage Application access to the user and it always fails.
