Symptoms


When attempting to claim a Create Location transaction the following error occurs.

ERROR:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 120, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIAPP.


What is working:
Approvers are able to use claim functionality if the location is created from Setup and Maintenance: Manage locations.

STEPS:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My client groups> Create location
2. Approver receive the notification> Claim
3. Error occurs
