On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After a change in the information for a Territory the members of the dimensions and metrics were moved to #TRASH# and appears as Invalid

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

All the members should work, the change has been done in a single territory

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in the application
2. Go to the coverage for the updated Territory
3. the available dimensions members appears as invalid

FUNCTIONAL IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following functional impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the members they already set up in the PAT territory

Changes

The ACCOUNT_PORTFOLIO classification category was changed to DRAFT status, when they execute the load and activate process in the enable dimensions and metrics task recently, all the members dimensions under that classification go directly to #TRASH# folder.
