How To Receive Attachments In Approval Emails With More Than 10 MB As Physical Attachments (Doc ID 2984802.1)

Currently, as per the setting in BPM Administration page, any attachment that is more than specified value in BPM gets replicated as URL attachment instead of physical attachments. This is due to the size restrictions of mail box on Email Server.

Prior to 23D, BPM did not allow this property to be updated more than 10 MB to avoid loss of emails due to size limitations in mail box.
But, certain customers want to receive such large attachments as physical attachments. In order to cater such requirement, starting 23D, the size restriction on the attachments has been removed.

However, the default value is still set to 10MB to avoid any issues. If business need is need to have attachments of size more than 10MB need to work with Support to get the appropriate values set as per their requirement.
