There's no service available to invoke the Add Service History Type function in Work Activity - Completion tab

Navigate to Work Activity page
Search and load a record
On Work Activity page, click the Completion tab
On Completion tab, scroll down to Service History Types zone
On Service History Types grid, verify that Add icon is available
There's no Business Service or Service Script available to invoke the Add Service History Type functionality therefore we cannot call it via IWS.
