On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Capitalize Assets And Interest
When attempting to Generate Asset Lines, the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Define SLAM setup
2. Generate Burdened
3. Run Create Accounting in Final Mode. some of the burden transactions are in error
4. correct SLAM setup to fix the errors and run create accounting .Due to this issue, some of the transactions have burdened journals and some of them not derive burdened journals
