Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.04.0 version, Journals and Intercompany

Oracle automatically generates the IC balancing lines for the journal upon posting by the primary and secondary balancing segments (Segment 1 Entity, Segment 2 Fund) and it is balanced; however, some of the IC balancing lines generated by Oracle do not have populated the InterEntity (IC) as expected.
