Stage RICS-Messages are failing in RIB-LGF hospital with "Company matching query does not exist"

Errors:

1. 2023-11-02T00:36:28,736 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '26' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR IndyInterface - Expected Http Response Status Code(200) but got Status Code(403) so throwing exception.
2023-11-02T00:36:28,737 [[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '26' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] ERROR IndyInterface - FalseInvalid username/password.
