Symptoms
Unable to create MDS HA MYSQL using BYOC
The error message is:

we have given policies as per the link but not sure about the below policy node, where it is asking to mention service name.
We have tried mysql and certificates in the <service_name> column but still no luck
ALLOW service <service_name> TO {AUTHENTICATION_INSPECT, GROUP_MEMBERSHIP_INSPECT, DYNAMIC_GROUP_INSPECT} in tenancy (For authentication_oci plugin only) Grants the AUTHENTICATION_INSPECT, GROUP_MEMBERSHIP_INSPECT, and DYNAMIC_GROUP_INSPECT permission to map MySQL users in the DBSystem to existing users and groups defined in the IAM service.
