Symptoms
Journey not getting allocated after 23D Update.
Journey tasks has AOR (Area of Responsibility) as a task performer or owner.
AOR Lookup code has a special characters such as space,"/","<",">","&" etc.
Journey tasks without AOR or AOR code that does not contain above special characters is working correctly.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Assign the Journey manually or automatically
2. Navigate to Checklist Templates > Console
3. See error message

Logic to handle AOR changed in 23D. This new enhancement was not handling special characters correctly.
