Symptoms

On PACS, the BTG-CS-MGMT_LEDGER batch ran successfully with zero record entry in FCT_CS_MGMT_LEDGER

Based on 23 PACS Runbook, trying to execute Batch_Group ( BTG-CS-MGMT_LEDGER ) to populate FCT_CS_MGMT_LEDGER table from FSI_D_MANAGEMENT_LEDGER in PBSMCS Prod environment for date '31-AUG-2023'.
Batch status shows successful. But data is not populating in FCT_CS_MGMT_LEDGER.
Batch Monitor screen doesn’t show any relevant queries to debug the issues.

Note:- prior to run this batch we ran all the perquisite DIM Batches as per Run chart.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Ran all the perquisite DIM Batches as per Run chart.
2. Run BTG-CS-MGMT_LEDGER
