The Classic Home Page Invoked From OAC DV Is Not Fully Loaded For A Single User (Doc ID 2985532.1)

Issue 1:

When the user selects the option "Open Classic Home" from the DV home page in Chrome, the analytics home page appears to be displaying incompletely, as depicted below.

Issue 2:  

Open BI dashboards from BI catalog in DV, it pops up error message -

Please note that there is a workaround available for the user to access the Dashboard. Here are the steps to follow:

1. Firstly, navigate to the console and select "Monitor Deliveries."
2. Open one of the Deliveries and click on the "EDIT" button. Please refrain from making any actual edits.
3. Next, select the "Catalog" option, which will enable you to open the Dashboards. 

It is important to note that this issue seems to be specific to this particular user. Other users have not encountered the same problem. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that this user has tested the Dashboard in Microsoft Edge and did not experience these two issues.
