Symptoms

Import Brazil Electronic Documents program lands into error without log though it imports the transactions and user can create FD. Manage collaboration messaging history shows success no error

1. Prepared the XML and save with special characters
2. Upload in UCM
3. Run the Import Electronic Fiscal Documents
4.  Process completes in error with no logs
