Symptoms

 User is not able to establish a connection to GitHub or GitLab.

Changes

 This issue can occur in the following situations:

  1. Creating a GitHub or GitLab configuration source provider.
  2. Creating a stack from a Git configuration source provider.
  3. Running a job on a stack that uses a Terraform configuration stored in Git.
  4. Receiving an error message when confirming accessibility to a configuration source provider.
