Symptoms

Safety stock calculated as Negative value for Simple Sales Service level(DI) and need Calculations

Safety stock calculated as Negative value for Simple Sales Service level and need exact calculations for Standard and Simple sales for Dynamic Issues Replenishment method

Steps To Recreate:
1. Create replenishment with below parameters
  Replenishment method: Dynamic issues
  Review period: 7 Days
  Service level type: Simple Sales
  Service level: 94
2. Actual: Safety stock was negative and wrongly populated.
  Expected: It should be +ve value and correct value.

Issue1 - If inventory selling end date is less than or same as the next review date, review time forecast is getting copied to inventory selling days forecast.
(on-Prem 11902049 - INVENTORY SELLING DAYS FORECAST OVERWRITTEN BY REVIEW TIME FORECAST)

Issue 2 - Safety Stock not getting computed for DI and service level as 'SS'.
(Also FP bug - 33462194 - SAFETYSTOCK USING DYNAMIC WITH SERVICE LEVEL TYPE = SIMPLE SALES SEEMS INCORRECT)
