Mobile Users Having Errors Logging into OTM when Assigned To The "DRIVER" Role (Doc ID 2985986.1)

Symptoms

Users are having issues with users logging into OTM when they are assigned to the DRIVER role

There are new users in OTM with a default role of DRIVER. When they attempt to access the OTM mobile application they are getting redirected and authenticated through CarMax's identity provider successfully, but instead of seeing the OTM mobile home screen they are presented with a pop-up over the OTM Mobile screen and a login prompt

                 "Log in to otmgtm-XXXXXXX.otmgtm.us-phoenix-1.ocs.oraclecloud.com" and it's providing a username and password field. 

The application is basically prompting again for a login
