ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Employee makes changes in Employee Self Service but the Continue button is inactive.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All employees should have an active Continue button after editing their selections.

STEPS
-----------------------
Employee goes Self Service > Clicks on Make changes > Continue button is grayed out.
