Oracle Fusion Learning Cloud: Offering Completion Status Showing “In Progress” but All Activities Are Complete (Doc ID 2986473.1)

Symptoms

After users complete all the activities in an Offering, the assignment status still shows "In Progress". This is appearing for both the the Learners and when a Learning Specialist views the Learning Assignment.

As a learner, this is seen when accessing Me -> Learning -> Current Learning -> navigate to the offering level which will show "In Progress" whilst all the activities listed will show "Completed".

On the administrator's side, this can be observed when navigating to My Client Groups -> Learning -> Offering -> on the Learners tab assignments will have the "In Progress" status -> click on "Manage Activities" -> all of the activities will have the "Completed" status.

Changes

Activity Sequencing is enabled.
