Symptoms
When attempting to end sickness absence,
the following error occurs.
"You can't save or submit the absence because the entitlement formula is returning certifications with no dates or dates outside the absence dates. (ANC-3405166)"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to My Client Groups, Person management.
2. Under Absence, Absence Records
3. Try submit end date 18-Oct-2023 for open-ended Sickness absence dated 23-Jun-2023.
