"A project manager already exists in this date range" although there is no Project Manager visible
User is trying to add a new project manager to a project, but he gets an error:

Enter a start and end date for the project manager that do not overlap the date range for another project manager assignment on the project. "
However no project manager is visible in the team members view although we selected 'ALL MEMBERS'.

1. Created the project and adding the project manager getting the error
