Symptoms

Code Value is Inserting instead of code description during Custom CFA Item template Upload.

Client requirement is to configure the Item CFA Template such a way that it should insert code description from List of Values selected from template.
In a template, code description is populating as LOV.

Item CFA is configured in the System to display code description in UI and database, but through Item CFA template it is overwriting to code value. This is Impacting the Client for mass Update on Item CFA through Custom Item CFA Template.

Steps to reproduce:
====================

Prerequisites:
---------------
1. Upload the amended Custom Flex Attribute Foundation
2. Upload the new Codes and Descriptions if new ones are used in the CFA Foundation file
3. To add the entries in S9T_TMPL_COLS_DEF you need to add in the UI

Application Administration > Data Loading Template Configuration
Select the new worksheet to show the columns and click save

4. Upload the Template Code Configuration file
5. Upload the Custom Flex Attributes file

Steps to test:
---------------

1. Tasks > Item > Manage Items

Open item 101215015 > More Actions > Other Attributes

2. Select Marketing Attributes

Complete any mandatory fields and select a CFA
Save & Close out of the CFA and then the item

3. Download the item
Task > Items > Download Items from Merchandising

4. Open the download and go to the CFAs tab

5. Change the value or enter some additional values

Note: CFAS tab doesn't have an update column so need to select to update item
in another tab

6. Save the amended file

7. Upload the file to the merchandising tables

Task > Items > Upload Items from File
Select your template > browse the file and select Upload

8. Go to Data Loading Status and check it has uploaded successfully

Tasks > Data Loading > Review Status

9. The CFA on the item will now show as a code and not the description from
the LOV.
