Symptoms

Transaction is stop to the current approver, should be going to the next approver

Transaction Approver Details Not Captured in Tables View from Data Base

The requirement to fetch the details of approvers assigned to each transactions and could see the data in SOAINFRA tables are not relevant, which shows only the current approver and not the next-level approver.
