Symptoms

Completing Bill Receivable the following error appears:

ORA-20001: AR_COMPLETE_BR_REC_ACCOUNT ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_ACCT_MAIN", line 575 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.APP_EXCEPTION", line 61 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_ACCT_MAIN", line 372 ORA-06512: at "FUSION.ARP_ACCT_MAIN", line 560 ORA-06512: at line 1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Receivables > Accounts Receivable > Create Bill Receivable
2. Create a new Bill Receivable > Add open receivables transaction
3. Complete and Review
