Can`t Delete Task on Project (PJF-2235767) (Doc ID 2986806.1)

Need to delete this Task from Financial Plan and Project Plan but the following error pops up:

"You can't delete the selected task (PJF-2235767)
Task X can't be deleted because it's associated with budget or forecast lines."
