Symptoms
On : 11.13.23.07.0 version, Webservices, Rest APIs and Integration
Import Project Budgets results in Error "An application error occurred during the import process.
ERROR
"An application error occurred during the import process. Contact your help desk."
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load Budget file
2. Import budget - We have a budget upload that is giving us the error, "An application error occurred during the import process. Contact your help desk."
3. I have tried changing different fields and reloaded about a dozen times. This error keeps presenting. I have searched through other SR's and those solutions did not get me past this error.
