Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The record creator is able to modify the record in the end step despite not being a part of the Record Editor group or having the permission to edit the record.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
For the record to not be editable for the creator.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open the impacted record with the impacted user.
  2. Observe they are able to edit the record at the end step despite not having privileges to.
