Primavera Administration Get Job Status Returning {"The Remote Server Returned an Error: (404) Not Found."} (Doc ID 2986928.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to GET User Status the following error occurs:

{"The remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found."]

or

Joda date/time type 'org.joda.time.DateTime' not supported by default: add Module "com.fasterxml.jackson.datatype:jackson-datatype-joda" to enable handling (through reference chain: com.oracle.pgbu.pca.RestDataStore["modified"]->java.util.ArrayList[0]->com.oracle.pgbu.pca.ro.UserRO["createdDate"]->com.oracle.pgbu.pca.common.type.CloudTZDateTime["wrappedDateTime"])

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to run the GET User Status REST call.
  2. Observe it only returns the correct response intermittently.
