Item 100106359 is in svc_item_master table with PROCESS$STATUS 'N'

Item 100106359 has not flown down to base tables of MFCS as it still with PROCESS$STATUS 'N' in svc_item_master table with create date as 09th October 2023. Due to this issue, this item is stuck in RIHA when we try to push the item from PDH with error "Record already exists in the staging table for this item. Please delete the record to continue.SVC_ITEM_MASTER".
Could you please get this item deleted from svc_item_master table with the below query:

delete from svc_item_master where item='100106359'
