RPASCE v19: The "See All" Button In Notification Panel Crashes All Open Workspace (Doc ID 2987025.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on “See All” button in notification panel, the page refreshes and all the open workspace gets closed.

Expectation is that a Notifications Tab should open and display all notifications in list form.

This issue only happens in Mozilla Firefox. In Google Chrome, the functionality is working as per expectations.
